Whether you’re planning a solo visit or a group celebration, here’s everything you need to know before booking. 

Make a Reservation

Small Groups (2-9 Guests)

Perfect for date nights, friend outings, families, weekend plans, or a fund hands-on activity before dinner.

There is a $1 reservation fee per person to hold your spot. You can modify or cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance.

The experience takes about 60 minutes, and candles need 1.5 hours to cure after they've been poured. You’re welcome to pick them up the same day or on another day that works for you.

Small Group Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be canceled or modified 24+ hours in advance for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are nonrefundable.
Please call the studio directly to make same-day changes or cancellations

Large Groups (10+ Guests)

Perfect for holiday outings, birthday groups, office teams, youth groups, or any celebration where you want everyone to create something together!

Large group experiences take about 60 minutes and require a $10 per-person deposit to book. This deposit is paid online and will be credited in-studio for each guest who attends and creates during the reservation.

If fewer guests arrive than reserved, credit is only issued for the guests present.
Example: A reservation for 10 guests with only 6 attending receives $60 in credit.

Deposits are nonrefundable, but they can be transferred to a new date if the reservation is updated 72+ hours in advance. If fewer guests attend or the reservation is changed inside the 72-hour window, the unused portion of the deposit is forfeited. Additional guests may be added by contacting the studio before your reservation.

Large Group Cancellation Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable, but you may transfer your reservation to a new date if changes are made 72+ hours in advance.

Changes made within 72 hours, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will forfeit the deposit.

Private Parties

Perfect for corporate events, client appreciation gatherings, bridal/baby showers, team retreats, holiday parties, or any occasion where you want a fully private experience for your group.

Private Parties reserve the entire studio for your group and allow you to fully customize your event. You’ll have private access to our full fragrance library, dedicated guidance from our team, and the flexibility to shape the experience to fit your celebration. It’s perfect for company outings, birthdays, showers, or any occasion that calls for a special, hands-on activity.

Your reservation fee secures the studio for the length of your booking. Each guest will create their own custom product during the event, and product costs are added at the end of your visit.

You’re welcome to bring your own food, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages. If you plan to serve alcohol or bring décor, balloons, or additional setup elements, please call ahead so our team can help you prepare the space. If you’d like to use our televisions for slideshows or presentations, just let us know in advance.


Private Party Cancellation Policy
72+ hours before your event:
Cancellation: 50% refund of private party rental fee
Rescheduling: free of charge

Within 72 hours of your event:
Cancellation: the room rental fee is nonrefundable
Rescheduling: we'll do our best to accomodate, but availability may vary

In the studio, you’ll browse over 100 fragrances, blend your own signature scent, and create a custom product like a candle, room spray, spa salt, or body mist. Our team guides you through the entire process, so it’s easy, creative, and fun for all experience levels.
