BOOKING GUIDELINES
Excited to create your own custom scents and candles? Just a quick heads-up: each of our locations has its own reservation section. Be sure to double-check you’ve chosen the right one before booking. And don't forget to read all the reservation policies to keep things smooth and easy. We can’t wait to see you soon for some scent-sational adventures!
Candles take 2 1/2 hours to cure after pouring so we can work our magic. Explore the restaurants and shops within walking distance from our studios and enjoy the local scene while your candles cure. If you’re eager for same-day pick-up, reserve your spot at least 3.5 hours before closing. Not in a rush? Swing by another day to pick up your creation.
GROUPS OF 2-9
Reservations Required: For groups of 6 or more, a reservation is required
Changes & Cancellations: Need to make changes within 24 hours of your booking? Reservations can't be modified online if it's within the 24 hour period before your booked time. Just give us a call instead—we’re here to help.
Hold Time: We’ll hold your reservation for 10 minutes. After that, your group will be considered a walk-in, and may need to wait for a seat at the bar.
GROUPS OF 10+
Reservations must be placed at least 7 days in advance
Deposit: A nonrefundable $10 per person deposit is required. Your deposit will be deducted from your bill in-store. Payment is collected online when you book.
Booking and Cancellations: Plans change, we get it! If you need to reschedule, please call us at least 48 hours in advance. We can reschedule, but deposits are nonrefundable if you choose to cancel.
Last-Minute Reservations: Please call instead of booking online if you'd like to book party of 10+ within 48 hours.
Private Parties: We can host groups of any size! Please call for private party inquiries.

CREATION PROCESS
• Approx. 45-60 minutes to create a candle or home product
• Candles take 2 1/2 hours to cure after pouring. You make pick them up the same day if you reserve at least 3 1/2 hours before close. While your candles cure, enjoy the local restaurants and shops within walking distance. Not in a rush? Pick up your candles any day that works for you.
